The sea fish and all types of nuts are the best sources for oily acids. You may also turn to butter and extra virgin olive oil as an alternative choice.

Margarine and animal fat are totally opposite types of fats, in terms of both nutritional value and weight control function. You should completely rule them out from your belly fat diet.

4. Vegetables and Fruits

Vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals and fibers. They are the best friends to anyone who intend to get rid of some extra fats while stay energized and healthy.

Mind you, though, you should not eat fruits after meat. This is because their digestive pattens are different, and you are likely to suffer indigestion if you do so.
