HCG Diet Plateau Breakers
Here are 15 plateau breaking tips that are very effective when used during Phase 2 of the hCG diet protocol. By following these tips you should be able to jump start your diet and achieve your Weight Loss goals. When following any low calorie or very low calorie diet, you should always consult with a qualified physician.
Constipation is common when on a low calorie diet. Increasing your fluid intake per day to at least 3 quarts or 12 eight-ounce glasses of water will help in assisting with digestion and enable the kidneys to flush out toxins and fat.
Make sure that you are eating enough calories daily. Avoid starvation mode by consuming at least 550 calories a day, when in starvation mode your body will store fat. Increase your daily protein intake by a half ounce.
